Jim is a cool guy. He assisted me when I ran into an audit with IRS. I called many people seeking advice. Everyone wanted to charge me an insane amount. Jim charged me a price that was not only fair but really low. He stayed open late that day so that he could chat and he could fully understand the situation. We are Winter Texans. Mr. Hiebert has done our taxes for years. This year we needed to file in two different states due to the sale of our home and a move to a different stateThis year we weren't able tocome to the RGV. He filed our Federal and both state returns. We mailed our 1099 forms. He did it all in short time and we got a prompt electronic return. He is very responsive, professional, accurate, and helpful.
