Jovan and Josue did an outstanding job installing a trap to block unwanted odors. Thereafter, my mom continued to smell sewage especially at night. Mr. Villarreal exhausted all possibilities to take care of the problem. He and his staff are to be commended for their persistence to resolving the problem. Great & Fast Quality service. Very uncommon situation but my wedding ring was flushed down the toilet. We have been married for 15years. I called JV plumbing, within hours their expertise team responded. They brought a camera and the necessary equipment, with these tools they were able to retrieve the ring without damaging the pipeline or anything else at my home. Excellent service!

A bit long: My main water shut off valve broke Saturday night. We did a quick fix and shut it off. Sunday found someone who could come fix on Monday. He never called or showed so I decided to Google and find J Villarreal plumbing had a 24hr phone number. It was in the evening and they answered. The lady that answered spoke Spanish and she was very patient with me since my Spanish is not so great. She was nice enough to get me another girl, Genesis, who was very pleasant and nice to translate for me. To my surprise, she said to just go check my problem was free!
