Robert (Humble Hands) has been servicing my vehicles for several years now. He is by far the most honest and professional mechanic I know. Recently I called him with an issue on my vehicle, and he told me it was something fairly simple to DIY. So I decided to try to fix it myself, and sure enough I was successful. He told me the process would probably take me a little less than an hour, and he was right. Thanks for keeping it real, Robert!

I just moved to McAllen two weeks ago, so I don't know any mechanics over here. I did a Google search and read reviews, but, I'm from Starr County and my experience with mechanics over there hasn't been good, which is why despite the good reviews I was still skeptical at first and had to wait to test drive my truck before leaving this review. Yep! It's still working ? Thank you so much, Roberto Guajardo! He was very kind and professional, came all the way to my apartment to fix my broke down truck in the parking lot!!! We broke down in a Walmart in Gatesville, TX - Jeff and his son came out of nowhere and offered assistance I could not and can not begin to praise these Gentleman enough your helping hands . YOU touched our hearts TY for all you do within the community and communities.
