They came out because I just couldn't get my wireless router to work. Don't have any kids to fall back on. Yes it was a few bucks, but done in minutes. Great job. Took care of a couple of other things while there.
Best Buy is a really big company so there is always a procedure to follow but they have always given me good service. It's well worth the annual fee to have the Geek Squad on call.
On time on Appointment's. Very Friendly. Help with getting my computer and printer going. Wasn't getting no internet. Introduce me to my own rouder . Safed money on my bill by $40.00 dollars.Geek Squad Rock's. Came twice in one week. Installed Speaker round system for hubby.
