Outstanding private lessons with Bridgette. This is the first review I've ever written - she is that good. I highly recommend cking them out. I suffer from back problems, which have disappeared completely in just 6 sessions - not to mention the noticeably improved muscle tone and core strength she's helped me develop. Plan to continue with pilates!!

Your body will thank you for this. Brigid and all her trainers have Pilates tricks up their sleeves that will make you want to keep this program as a regular fitness regime. I have trained with Brigid and taught here,...i have to admit,this place is a gem in the rgv. All of the trainers have reputable certifications and really care about the movement and design of the natural body's flow.
