We’ve been renting instruments for over 6 years from them, and their customer service has always been amazing! Our son started in elementary and is now a freshman in varsity orchestra, and Antonio Strad has made getting him a high quality viola that grows with him an easy process. Jennifer goes above and beyond for her clients, always available and more than willing to help. She is the main reason we continue to be happy customers, the second reason being the quality and their specialized knowledge of string instruments.

I've always had a good experience here. Service is friendly and thorough. Rental instruments are good quality and well maintained. Call before you show up though as sometimes the techs are out making deliveries. You can get strings, rosin, shoulder rests as well as different sized violins as well as other string orchestra instruments (violas, celos, etc.)

I had a wonderful experience at Antonio Strad. The store was clean and organized. They had a good selection of instruments for my daughter to try out. The manager was very knowledgeable and answered all my daughters questions. She even helped my daughter with a question she had on her music. It’s good to see this store with employees who truly care about their customers and go above and beyond to help. I had an unpleasant experience years ago with a guy who was working there. It led me to going to melharts for my daughters supplies. Until my daughters teacher referred me to meet with the new manager strad had. I was skeptical but I gave it a second chance.
