They did a great job on the move and I was very happy with that portion of their service. However the gentleman, Juan, Look at 2 items I needed to get repaired quickly on the new home. He never responded to follow up and never got back to me with a date they would fix. So I have had to look elsewhere to try to get the repairs done prior to Thursday, put me in a real bind.
