The service personnel’s response was diligent and fast. They also Didn’t charge for an estimate and went out to property 3 times to ensure the treatment was proper and effective. Due to circumstances they also had to deal with the current tenant, the realtor and myself (landlord) patiently and professionally. They were very clear and explained thoroughly regarding the issue and treatment all the whole providing options and solutions I could chose from. Most importantly they were honest. They uncovered a piece of roof tile and found no activity and were honest about the discovery with no additional charges.
