Brian has towed a vehicle for me on more than one occasion. He's a very respectful and careful individual and a credit to Action Towing as a company. The company has always been prompt to get someone out for any tow that I have request. I always appreciate the prompt nature of their response.
Very professional service! We were in a bind when our truck broke down in Marshall and I called Action Towing, the lady who answered was very helpful and got the driver to us within 20 minutes. He let us ride with him and our truck to our mechanic’s shop 100 miles away with no problems. I was thankful I called them first.
On an already crazy day my new driver experienced a radiator come apart!The folks at action towing were unable to fix him roadside due to no available radiator!We did find a radiator in Shreveport La!We paid for the radiator and they headed to Shreveport to pick it up!They dropped off my new driver at a motel on the way! The shop hours were typically close on Saturday!For our situation they opened on Saturday just to complete our radiator replacement!!!
