Not sure where to start- This morning I was very hesitant on my 4 year old getting his frist cavity filled & a crown Let me just say had the staff not been beyond comforting to me and of course my children but making sure all my question were answered, in full detail explaining with photos etc. showing me exactly what they would be doing with so much reassurance, I’m telling you I would’ve left without my son being treated because my mom gut was telling me no. Becky at the front completely took my feelings of being unsure about everything to heart and made me feel so valid, so much trust was restored. I was being thankful Then, still nervous Michelle took both my boys under her wing and I’m telling you rub there hands comforted them as if they were hers, she didn’t leave there side unless she went to get something else to make them feel better,safe and happy. Dr. Heaton was so calm with both my boys and myself! He wanted the best possible outcome for my sons crown making the decision for my 4 year old. Huge thanks. So grateful. I couldn’t have made it through those appointments without them! Thank you all so much for the care you gave us today and for every visit!
