I have a Great Dane puppy (11 months old) who makes toenail cutting a NIGHTMARE. Dr. Lord almost supernaturally calmed her, held her, and got the job done with true excellence. I imagine services like these are not super profitable, but Hope Animal Clinic executes all services beyond perfectly (in this case after clipping, the nails were ground round - they are huge tonails). We've brought our pets here for 10+ years and will bring them here for 10+ more!
Yesterday was ROUGH to say the least. The day no pet owner wants to face but it comes at a certain age for all our fur babies.
I want to start by saying Dr Lord and her assistant were incredible in our time of need. We called early yesterday morning to multiple facilities looking for an at home euthanasia option. Our 14.5 year old yorkie (Taffy Lynn ?) was in kidney failure (confirmed thru bloodwork) she weighted 4.5 lbs & was frail & tired, her eyes let us know it was time (even if it wasn’t for us)

Very impressed with Dr Natalie Lord! She was upbeat, very informative, knowledgeable and took her time with Jagger. She was on time and everything at this clinic went well including all the helpful vet techs. I will be using her for Jaggers care as I feel very comfortable with her. Thank you Dr Natalie for your great care with Jagger!
