The front desk staff is extremely friendly and helpful, making the experience positive from the first call. The dental hygienist is precise and efficient, ensuring comfort during appointments. The clinic's X-ray process is comfortable, and the doctors, including Dr. Caling and Dr. Smith, are skilled and gentle, taking the time to explain procedures and treatment options. The facility is clean, spacious, and easy to find, while the teamwork between the doctors and assistants creates a supportive atmosphere. Patients with dental anxiety can feel at ease, knowing they are in good hands.
Absolutely wonderful! I came in with a dental emergency, and extreme dental anxiety. Everyone in the office was incredibly supportive and responsive. I was made comfortable through the entire procedure, and Dr.Smith had great communication and confidence throughout my experience. ✨

Their customer service was top notch. My blood pressure was high so they were patient gave me time until it came down I don't take X-rays well, it took three of them to get an x-ray, but they stayed with it and made sure that I kept comfortable during the whole process.
