I had avoided ABC Home & Commercial Services because I expected them to be more expensive than other providers. However, I have had difficulty finding QUALITY SERVICE at any price. Most of the contractors I have dealt with in the past 2 1/2 years have done a reasonable job but have fallen short on customer service and have had NO follow-up. I realize that everyone is busy but a 3 minute phone call to be sure you are happy with the service would be nice. In two instances I have spent thousands of dollars, paid the bill, and never heard from the contractor again. I have hope that ABC will be different. And yes they were pricey, which is why this is a 4 star review.

Our house is on Lake LBJ. We have had an outdoor spider invasion since remodeling our house. ABC is making the effort, doing all they can to resolve our problem. I’ve used ABC in Austin for more than 25 years. I hope they can get rid of spider invasion.

Joseph Cina was fantastic to deal with. He answered all of my questions and was able to give me recommendations on how I can better serve my lawn. Some things he shared with me of which I didn’t know was doing my lawn a disservice.
