Both gentlemen were very helpful, knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing, and did everything they could to make this as smooth and quick of a transaction as possible. It's hard to even know where to begin with this establishment. Despite being a repeat customer and arriving early with an appointment, every visit feels like a test of endurance. A basic oil change turns into a 2-hour ordeal, and if anything extra is needed, you can kiss another hour goodbye. While my service advisor, Angel, is polite and professional, the real issue here is how little they value their customers' time. In a world where time is money, this place bleeds you dry with its inefficient service. I'm seriously considering taking my business elsewhere--where punctuality isn't an afterthought.

Purchased a new set of Pirelli tires 3 years ago and would never buy tires here again. I’ve had them now for 3 years with maybe 25k miles and all my tires were nearly bald. I contacted the service department and spoke with Desirae who was rude and advised I contact a “warranty company.” All tires keep in mind have a mileage guarantee and the rep kept saying to contact a number when this has nothing to do with their extended warranty… I ended up just buying new ones even though the tires should have had some guarantee. Due to Desirae being ill equipped to advise and rude responses, I just went elsewhere.
