My husband and I purchased a (new) 2018 Ford Expedition at Big Star and have continued to service our vehicle at Big Star over the years. While there was a period in 2023 that our experience with the service department had opportunities for improvement, we’ve since had incredible service. Ethan, Landon, Michael and Steffany went above and beyond to make sure our most recent concern was resolved in the most professional way possible. We appreciate everyone’s effort in helping us prepare quickly for our road trip!
