Derik 2.0 did a great job. We had another company take a look, before calling 3d-Air for a second estimate. The first company told us we had to replace the PCB and fan motor, and that it would cost $2000. Derick came in and saw that it was actually just an external wire that had been corroded. He fixed the whole thing in an hour and saved us almost 2k. Highly recommend!
Our son joined HC Taekwondo Pearland about 18 months ago. He had been part of another studio in another city. Initially, he was extremely nervous because it was a brand new school and he did not know anyone. Master Davis immediately worked with him "to the side", away from other students to help make him comfortable. The rest is history. Our son has had an opportunity to partake in leadership classes and continues to enjoy developing, making new friends and gaining new confidence week-to-week. The entire staff is great and we look forward to seeing them continue to build this institution.

Cody, Anna, and Marissa were so helpful getting my aerobic system running again. Cody was very thorough in all his diagnostic tests until he found what was wrong. He also explained how the septic tank works as well as how to give it proper maintenance in regards to weed and bleach tablets. Ana and Marissa were also incredible in looking for the parts I needed to replace on my Hoot system and looking at how to take care of my system in the long run. Loved their service and education I received on septic tanks (because this was the first time I ever needed maintenance on my system since I bought this house)

Joel was here within 5 minutes after I spoke with him on the phone. He removed and installed new exterior doorknobs and deadbolts on 2 doors in less than an hour. I brought in my two dogs for their yearly vaccines and worm testing. Staff was amazing and informative. I enjoyed how they are up to date with technology. They also make your dog's records available via phone app.
Staff got me right in despite my showing up a bit late due to an error on my part. Personnel got along great with our dog, Buddy. Invoice was a bit more than I expected. My wife did research based on inexpensive vets in the area. Big chunks of it were for preventative medications so it wasn't really that bad. Every person I came in contact with was cordial, professional, caring and provided good information. Overall, a very, very good experience.
