I am so pleased with our experience with Viridian Construction. They replaced our roof, removed and replaced gutters, replaced siding, painted the exterior of our home, installed solar window screens, and stained our fence. Our home looks amazing! Eric Rozak, the owner, was easy to work with, professional, attentive and responsive throughout the entire process. His communication was excellent; we were kept informed throughout the process. He answered every single one of our questions no matter how tedious. When our insurance company first came and looked at the house the adjuster declared there wasn't enough damage to the roof to even reach the deductible. Eric looked it over and saw countless places the adjuster missed, so we appealed to our agency. They sent a new adjuster and Eric met him to walk through everything. They ended up completely totaling our roof! Then there were things our insurance company didn't want to cover. Eric "went to battle" on our behalf and got everything covered! Eric has been an insurance adjuster, so he knows both sides of the business and was able to speak their lingo. His prices are reasonable and fair, and he worked very hard to get us the best possible rate. We highly recommend Virdian Construction! We're so glad we used this company.
