Mansfield location. I'm a 64 yo rather frail woman, with bum body parts who was recently rescued by a stout 82lb mixed breed 8yo female dog (Sami). Jennie was so kind, going beyond her "duties" by escorting Sami to the car for me. That meant a lot girl! Stay thoughtful. Brandy the tech was equally as wonderful. She even took a moment to talk Sami about the importance of not pulling me on her leash. Lol ty! The Vet was nice as well. Today's prices holds me back from giving ANY place 5 stars.
We were yesterday first time at Vetco Total Care by Petco (Mansfield 2041 HWY 287). Our cat Kenny needed a check-up. Service by all personnel was outstanding! Dr. Marrs and Elycia took so good care of Kenny and get help for his itching ears!!! Everything was well explained to us, and we felt that our cat’s heath was very important to all! We will be back with our other cat TT in a near future! Thank you all!!! Front desk service was excellent too…fast and friendly!
Oh my gosh!!! Today’s first official vet visit for my Palmer & VeRo went great!!! They loved the staff and they were treated with tender loving care. Dr. Aviel was caring, understanding, and explained everything to me thoroughly. Elycia was awesome and treated my babies as if they were her own. Maryssa was very helpful during my checkout. They even split VeRo’s medication in half so it would be easier for me to give it to her. Petco for the win!!!
