I was new to chiropractic work and feeling anxious, but I was warmly welcomed in by Bobby and he helped get me set up and ease some of my anxiety. Then Dr. Langley took the time to understand what was going on and compassionately talk me through everything. I have been going to The Joint for over a year now, their affordable prices and convenient hours have made it so easy to feel great and live healthy. Walking into Bobby’s welcoming greetings and Dr. Langley’s great adjustments make my weeks so much better, I truly look forward to going! Today a patient was unhappy due to no fault of the chiropractic team. They were upset for the office being busy, I thought both Bobby and Dr. Langley handled the situation very professionally. Great customer service and care from beginning to end and front to back. The doctor was thorough in explaining conditions and treatment and a plan for moving forward. The knowledge he provided made me comfortable and I will continue to return for treatment.
