Patrick and his crew did an excellent job on my roof and gutters. My house practically looks like a new house. Patrick was very professional, detail oriented, answered all my questions and caring throughout the whole process. They completed my roof in one day and respected my property. I met Mr. Simpson a partner in Steep Roofing shortly after we had suffered roof damages form the Hail Storm of 06/11/2023. Like many other Roofers Mr. Simpson was working my neighborhood subdivision trying to secure sales for roof replacement. During that period many roofers descended on our subdivision and a week after the storm there was a crescendo of the sounds of roofs being replaced with no HOA approval or City of Plano Permits. The other Roofers and sales people were very aggressive and pushy. Mr. Simpson was very respectful and his sales approach was none pressured.
