Despite the long wait on the app, it updated me and I had a very short wait in store. My stylist was very professional and gave me a great cut. Price was perfect, which allowed me to reward my stylist some more for a job well done. Only one small negative was the temperature in store, despite being early March, it was unseasonably warm outside, and just a bit uncomfortable in the store without the A/C running. Overall a great visit for a repeat customer.

I’ve been coming here for about 4 years now. Kim has been my stylist for several of those years but the last 4 times I have come in, she has either not shown up or late. I tried again today, giving one last chance for her, she showed but was late again and I was already in another stylists chair. Luckily the staff you have is great and I got a great cut. I will continue coming to your store but will no longer expect Kim will be available due to her inconsistent work behavior. Kudos to the rest of the staff though for plugging through busy days when she is a no show and they are short handed.

Catalina is the best stylist ever. While I was there she did 3 haircuts while the others were still on their 1st. I am in and out quickly and she does a great job 100% of the time. More like her are needed.
