“I met Mr. Simpson a partner in Steep Roofing shortly after we had suffered roof damages form the Hail Storm of 06/11/2023. Like many other Roofers Mr. Simpson was working my neighborhood subdivision trying to secure sales for roof replacement. During that period many roofers descended on our subdivision and a week after the storm there was a crescendo of the sounds of roofs being replaced with no HOA approval or City of Plano Permits. The other Roofers and sales people were very aggressive and pushy. Mr. Simpson was very respectful and his sales approach was none pressured. I was impressed with Mr. Simpson sales approach and I told him that I would be willing to work with him on my roof replacement however I was not ready to replace my roof immediately. However, I did have an elderly client who need her roof replace and she had asked for my help. I recommended her to Mr. Simpson. Mr. Simpson got the job with my client and he replaced her roof. My client reported back to me her satisfaction with the work of Mr. Simpson and the fact that he did not pressure her or try to take advantage of her.
It would take me over a year before I would replace my roof. During the period I was in touch with Mr. Simpson with different questions about roofing. I finally decided on getting my roof replaced on or around July 31st of 2024. Mr. Simpson worked collaboratively with me to get my roof replaced in a timely manner and in accordance with HOA rules and City regulations.
I give MR. Simpson and Steep Roofing and Construction a Five out of Five stars for, their professionalism, professional courtesy and patience. I am 100 % satisfied with he work and the services that I received from Steep Roofing.“
