I checked Google and I called the very first notary in my area that had longer hours than most business, thankfully there was no need to call anyone else. I explained what was going on and she agreed to meet my son in a neutral area to get the paperwork done on the very same day. Of course I went with him. I was extremely pleased with her professionalism, her willingness to accommodate a great meeting place, and her ability to get this paperwork notarized after my son had ran into issues with finding open businesses.
