Debbie was friendly on the phone when I called, and she was able to come to me within an hour of when I called. She let me know when she was on her way and, upon arrival, she texted to let me know she was here. She was professional and efficient, the process probably took all of 5 minutes to complete. I have mobility problems and having her come to me was so much easier than me having to go out to get the documents notarized.
