We have used KMP a couple of times. The guy that came both times was Michael Simpson. He arrived on time and was quickly able to diagnose the issue with our unit. It's ran perfectly afterwards. I tell all my friends when they have AC problems to call KMP and ask for Michael Simpson.

Service was Excellent, Communication was very good prior to Visit, Techs were extremely efficient and were very respectful of property, All repairs were explained in detail. Repairs were complete and looks great and clean up was excellent I recommend KMP.
