Brock and his helper came out to clear out kitchen line. These are 2 great guys. I didn’t catch the helpers name, but wish I did so I could give him proper credit. These guys were on time, polite and informative all the way through the process. Hopefully I don’t need a plumber again anytime soon, but if I do I’m calling Rlite and requesting Brock and his helper.

I LOVE Elite Plumbing!! Nicole was very professional and kind when dispatching someone to the house to figure out why I had lost water pressure.Brett came out the next day and was able to detect the issue area immediately. After the city sent their plumber out it was deemed not their issue to repair as the blockage was past the gasket on the house side of the water meter.After all this confusion Nicole and Brett were understanding and patient with me. They asked questions and ensured I got the exact fix I needed and as quickly as possible since Texas summer with little water is really rough.Brett had a full workload today but was still able to fit my repair in. First, I believe there's a side to both parties when a review is made. Therefore, I start all my reviews with a 3 ☆Once the service is complete, based on my experience, I'll change my rating and review.**Update: I'm very satisfied with the service & communication with Elite Plumbing. Especially since the service request was from my Home Warranty Company. It's VERY difficult to get good service when it involves a home warranty company. Yet, Elite Plumbing was great
