My dog had an upper respiratory infection. Facility was able to get me in the same day. The vet took time to ask questions and listen. I just wanted to get an antibiotic. The doctor prescribed the antibiotic and cough medicine and said if this doesn't work in a few days we'll do the blood work. I was happy he did not try to upsell his services. $75 total. The front desk staff is also friendly. 2nd visit, I had to take my dog to daycare 2 days away and they required an influenza shot. I told them I needed it done by Friday and they fit me in the same day. No office visit fee $33 for the shot. I am from out of town and highly recommend this veterinarian.
I took my cat to this animal clinic for the first time recently. The staff was super helpful and friendly, and the doctor seemed knowledgeable. He asked me if my cat has fleas, I told him that my cat had never had any issues with fleas, he kept questioning me as if he didn’t believe me. This repeated questioning was quite uncomfortable.
I also brought up my cat’s issue with constipation. Instead of offering any medication or solutions, the vet simply blamed it on her diet and weight, which was not very helpful.
Additionally, I went in to have my cat’s anal glands expressed, and the charge was $63, whereas my previous vet charged only $19 for the same...read full review
