Custom Solutions Construction recently completed a large patio project for us. From the initial contact with their office staff, through the final stages of completion, they were friendly, professional, and exceeded every one of our expectations!
This company has been great to me so far. I have used them to build my outdoor patio as well as a three car carport. Sam has always been good about returning my calls and communicating really well. His estimates are precise and understandable. Several things have been changed around during the duration as I've had a few change and modifications so the estimating threw me off a little bit but overall it got situated. Sam takes great pride in his work and I recommend him to anybody. The only thing that I would say is that Sam can work a little bit better on his finished schedule time but I understand we also had a lot of rain but yes I'd recommend him to anybody.
I have used Custom Solutions Construction on both my front gutters and my windows. The work they did both times is exceptional. While the gutters were at a higher price point than competitors, it was well worth the investment - I am certain had I gone with a cheaper option my gutters would not have survived more than a few months with the amount of water pressure they need to handle. Sam recommended an option that would give me long-term peace-of-mind. Their recent work on my windows was a complete redesign of my bedroom windows.
