Baylor Scott & White Clinic - Manor

I actually would give 4 stars because the wait times are ridiculous but I’m giving five because Karen Smith has been absolutely amazing and patient with me since I’ve been seeing her. She’s caring and understanding. There are some things i used to complain about like the annuals but I know it’s protocol to be seen yearly to continue my medications. I know she’s very busy, especially in this exponentially growing city so props to her for keeping a smile and being professional.

Never had an issue here, Dr. Karen Smith is an angel and has helped me discover so many things for the betterment of my health long and short term. I struggle with choosing jobs because I don't want to move away from BSW, wish they had clinics in Houston so I could move and continue to feel safe and cared for.

Setting up as a new patient was an easy process over the phone. Arrived for my appointment on December 7th and the lady at reception was very helpful and made the process of getting me checked in simple. The wait to get seen wasn't long. I feel bad not remembering all their names, but let's just say all the staff members I interacted with were pleasant and very professional.Dr. Eric Spencer and his assistant helped me get a better understanding of my health concerns. This is my first ever clinical experience and I am glad it was here. I can see myself relying on this clinic for future concerns that I may have.
