Had an appointment scheduled today at 9:00am. It was cancelled last minute after I had already started heading there. There was no follow up as to why it was cancelled. Called the office 3 times and after waiting on the line, I was hung up on. Terrible service.

I got caught in traffic around the 2 o’clock hour for a 3 o’clock appt. There is a 15 minute lead way for arriving at an appointment. I parked my car at 315 and my time stamp in the office was 316. I was told I can wait around for a no show. I was told 3 weeks ago I needed a blood transfusion and I am trying to find answers from someone I thought would be the best advocate for me.
I will never in my life come to this facility again. No regard for a persons health.

Waited 5 months for my appointment and the Friday before, they just cancelled because they said Dr. Mitchell wasn’t available and that she was now not accepting new patients. That was a very inconsiderate thing to do, especially to a new patient. It’s okay that things come up, but I’m seeing it’s kind of a trend according to these reviews.
