The crew also replaced all of the wood on an old free standing porch before they installed the metal roof. They transformed that rotting roof into a beautiful outdoor space! “I hired Bluebonnet to replace the roof on an investment property in South Austin. Scott Mincey was pretty great to deal with in replacing the TPO roof. Communication was on point and he was awesome about keeping my tenants in the loop too. Cleanup was better than expected.

“I have been doing business with Green Knight since 2021, when we decided to switch from asphalt shingles to a metal roof. Best decision ever. This year we decided to screen in our existing patio and I wanted my contractor to tie into the existing roof. So Steven Smith who is with Green Knight came to my home and removed the panels so that my contractor could do just that. With his expertise he coordinated the removal and reinstallation of the new roof . After that was done I had some extra panels left over. I was able to have my shed covered as well. Last week, we realized we had a slow leak in the wall next to our front door. It was due to a piece of flashing that was not installed when the roof was put on initially. Not only did they come out and fix the roof, they completely tore out the wall that had rotted, rebuilt, sheetrocked, painted, etc... we didn't even ask them to repair damages, just to fix the roof.
