Great experience, would recommend.<br><br>I asked for an appointment at 6 pm and gave them a sample image and they said they can do it, but they didn’t have the appliqué and exact color I wanted, but I’ll still give them 5 stars because they worked with me to make a new design and and made sure I was happy. “Five Fabulous Stars for Troy! My regular hairdresser is in Italy, so I took a chance on Troy. First, he is a true professional. Our consult was not rushed. Troy took his time to fully understand exactly what I wanted; he gave me a detailed step-by-step playbook of how he would take me to where I wanted to be cut and color-wise. He also planned for the broken strands around my face, and frizz in the back. Second, he gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had, because he truly understands hair and how it lays. Third, he gave me phenomenal “old money blonde” highlights that shimmer. Troy has great vision and has magical hands. Furthermore, he is delightful, kind, and an absolute pleasure to be around. Foot massage could’ve been longer and more intense but very happy it didn’t include painful pounding on the shins, like some salon techs. Hot stones were nice too.<br>I was not offered a beverage but asked for, and received, a water bottle. I’ve no clue if any other beverages are offered.<br>Salon was efficient, clean and quiet. “Third time at this salon and I have always had a great experience working with different technicians- and my gel always lasts a month despite me being hard on my hands at work.<br>Everyone is detail oriented and listens to my feedback throughout the appointment. Today I had a complicated request - to have my color combination matched exactly to my last visit with no recollection of the colors used (my fault). My new technician, Bernice I believe, was so patient and gracious with me to find the exact combination and was even honest with me mid treatment to say our first attempt of colors was making my undertone appear grey! I never would've noticed but she was so right. Anyway, she spent probably an entire extra appointment's worth of time to make everything look perfect and I felt so bad for being "that client" but she reassured me, encouraged me to give feedback with every few steps, and was so professional and warm. She helped me make sure I knew what to ask for in the future and to know what's realistic with my nail shape/length to avoid frustration. I couldn't recommend her and her colleagues more.
