hey folks - We recently did our new home inspection with Royce Moore. We highly recommend him for the home inspection. He is stellar and has ~4 decades of experience in residential/commercial property inspection in/around the Austin area. He not only inspected our house for builder-induced defects but recommended us things we should do as soon as we close the house to preserve the longevity of the house and keep the utility cost low. Unfortunately, the construction code in our area doesn't promote building highly energy-efficient homes compared to Austin metro area, and we found his feedback highly impactful for post-closing home improvements. Royce was one of the best inspector I have met so far. Very thorough and detailed. He was very patient to explain and answer all our questions, the inspector report was wonderful and timely. He did a full inspection on a house we were going to purchase, then we had him back for second inspection for repairs. excellent both times. Highly recommend Royce to anyone who is purchasing a home.

Royce was great. Timely and very comprehensive, my contractor was impressed with the amount of details that Royce picked up that he didn't notice during his walk thru with me. Royce was considerate and gave me a lot of practical/helpful information. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family. If I ever have to move to another home, I will definitely call Royce to check it out. Thank you again for all of your advice and help!
