After talking with Kim we came up with a game plan to Lighten my hair in a gradual safe way over time. After the first appointment I couldn't be more pleased with the results. She also gave me a great easy to manage cut. This is also the first time I've gotten the best service for the lowest price! You can tell that Kim and her staff love and care about what they do!
