I will start by saying that this establishment provided quality care and good customer service. They were knowledgeable and thorough, and seemed to be very straightforward and honest. No complaints in the care department. They get you in for appointments within a reasonable time frame as well. Initial visits, exams, and vaccines were reasonably priced. My only issue was the insanely high price quote I was given for a spay for my cat with no health complications. Both the possible low and possible high cost quotes were unbelievable. Took Buc-ee in for an ear infection. We've always had Dr. Neiderhauser but she wasn't there in the afternoon, so we saw Dr. Thurner for the first time. We loved her too. Prices are kinda high... but we have full trust in the kind of care they give our babies.
