We have been in Magnolia for 14 years and have used Red Lion a few times. Every time I deal with them they are awesome Charlotte is usually who I get on the phone. She is nice, knowledgeable, and always shows an urgency in getting my issue resolved. Mike is who has come out before and he is awesome. Shows me the issue and the problem, explains the fix and makes sure the job is done right. Plumbing shouldn't be emotional but when you need someone you can trust and know what they are doing, you could literally cry when you find the right company. We know nothing about plumbing and what it takes to replace a water heater the right way. That puts us at risk of being taken advantage of. I hate to say that but we all know this to be true. Our daughter has 2 small children, works full time as a nurse and therefore has very limited ability to do a lot of research, take time off work and get a bunch of estimates. She had no hot water! Situation was dire! She contacted Red Lion Plumbing and Michael and the owner Jim took care of her like she was family. It was a very challenging install, not straightforward at all but they worked hard to get her what she needed. Thank you Michael and Jim for making this more than a job. We appreciate you more than you know. We would highly recommend them for their quality work and integrity.
Red Lion Plumbing is hands down the best plumbing company I have used. They are honest, reasonable, on time, have good communication with customer, have integrity and very mindful of cleaning up behind themselves. When called, they respond quickly! Since I started using Red Lion Plumbing they come out, assess the problem, and repair it, once and done, they are wonderful. Michael has repaired many issues in my home and he is my plumber!
