    This place is the reason I can still walk. I experienced a back injury while in the military in 1992, and over the years that followed it worsened to the point of requiring major surgery in 2004. Even so, by the time 2014 rolled around I was on the cusp of having to use a wheelchair permanently. That's when I started going here once a week for clinical-style Pilates in one-on-one sessions.
