I've worked in the animal welfare industry for 17 years in an executive role in HR. Believe me when I say I e seen it all. This rating is an emphatic one, backed by years of experience myself. Additionally, the owner took care of my horse for me while I was away. As horses do when you are gone, she had an abscess on her hoof. The owner quickly got a hold of me and followed the instructions from the veterinarian and my farrier. She saved me from extreme worry and took the best care of my horse. Seriously, these people love and care for animals and it showed. ❤️“

“Our 6-month-old German Shepherd Husky mix is a PetSmart reject. PetSmart told us that they could not handle her and called me after having her for only 10 minutes to ask to come get her. Bridgette was able to fully bathe our puppy!! Thank you Bridgette for saving this family from a stinky dog!!“

“From the first phone conversation with HB he went over everything with me regarding my questions about grooming and about bringing my puppy in for his first visit for his first professional grooming appointment with Susan. He couldn't have been nicer! I had been doing is grooming myself until he decided he was not interested in me doing it anymore so I decided it was time for him to see a professional!! It was very comforting to have such a nice visit with Susan before hand and she is so happy to show you around and explain everything that she will be doing as far as the grooming goes, shampooing, conditioning, drying process and where the dogs will be in between for down time in nice clean kennels. And we couldn't have been more pleased with the way Codi turned out! Susan did such an amazing job on our little puppy! He looks so adorable with his big boy haircut! He went in looking like a cute fuzzy furry woolly mammoth and was brought out looking like the most adorable precious boy!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I so would!!! HB, Tara and Susan are top notch!!! I love this place and Codi does too“

“We went today December 16, 2021 for a doggie pedicure. They were so good with our seven month old puppy who is pretty squirmy. Her toenails look expertly done in about 10 minutes and their prices are very reasonable! Friends I know go there and they are very pleased also.“
