When I make an appointment, I always receive a one hour window, not a 4-6 hour window. I appreciate receiving a text showing the repairman is on the way to my home with a more accurate arrival time. I believe Paul the Plumber is an honest company that does high quality work and charges fair prices. They have done several projects for us and I highly recommend them! Also, the serviceman, Devin, is very professional and personable young man who always takes time to visit with me. ✅

Lance was on time, had a great attitude, is professional. We had rain while he was here and I was surprised to see him still working. Atta boy Mr. Lance. He brought his own umbrella. I had a stopped drain. I put in drain opener. Then, the water in the sink started rising! It kept rising. It had risen over the drain hole, so I knew I needed help, fast. I finally bailed it into a bucket, but it kept rising. This water had drain cleaner in it - I didn't want it overflowing into my house! I did what I always do - called Mr. Handyman, and asked for guidance. They recommended Paul the Plumber. Paul Jr. arrived about 90 minutes after my call. He worked as carefully as possible with the pedestal sink, cleared something way far along in the drain, got it draining, and we're back in business. Problem solved!
