Our new roof was a very large and steep project, and we felt like everything was handled perfectly. The crew was also great, had their system down, and left everything clean and in good shape. We were really happy with the whole experience and I highly recommend this company, the owner Dylan, and Tom. We would hire them again for another project without hesitation.

I can say I was immediately impressed by the way April Elsenbrook thoroughly explained how the whole process would work at our first meeting. She walked us through what to expect with our insurance claim and made us feel confident that New Image would do a first class job on our roof. I can now safely say that my confidence in April and New Image has been rewarded every time I look at my fabulous new roof. April answered every question I had and was here every step of the way. New Image did a top notch job in a single day all the way from removing the old roof to cleaning up the last scrap.
