I was introduced to dip + shellac by Quinn and I'm a super fan! I can change the color in a jiffy if I need to, and I don't have to soak off the dip each time, just a little fill so it's much healthier for my nails. I get a solid three weeks from each fill! Quinn and Blossom are favs but all technicians are professional (and efficient), and responsive to feedback. A great value that keeps me coming back.

Made an appointment almost a week in advance; for Quinn for my nails and Kay for my toes. Get there for the appointment they are busy (which is understandable); but not treated like a paying customer; ignored at first bc someone else who is very out spoken and loud showed up right AFTER me. I’m told to have a seat while; Quinn handles this other customer. After 10-15 mins of waiting, I get to start my pedicure, with Kay, then Quinn is running behind (not a big deal) about 20 mins later he showed us to start my nails but doesn’t say anything about that when he comes over for me.
