“We used Frank’s Expert Tree to remove a 40 year old very large oak tree and trim 3 other large (oak & white ash) trees (one overhanging the neighbors property). “After working on updating the pool, it was time to move on to redoing the landscaping. We sought out a few bids from various referrals from friends. New Image’s bid came in similar to another competitor and lower than two other bids. We ended up choosing them based upon two positive referrals and the beautiful work they did there.

Overall, very happy with the how everything turned out. Crews were on-site 8-5 every day and operated well. I got regular updates on progress and what decisions needed to be made and what to expect. The overall job took longer than they initially expected, but given the regular communication, not an issue.

They are old school in that the landscape drawing by Patty (designer) are hand drawn and not computer rendered, but not an issue. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.

From start to finish, they answered all my questions in a timely manner and kept me up-to-date on the status and start time of my project. Customer service was great as well! I had one issue with some loose stones and they fixed it the same day! Truly amazing and worth the investment. It also was a cool experience to see the design team create 2D and 3D mockups of my project. It helped me visualize exactly what they planned to do. If you are questioning adding lighting, just do it. It's so beautiful at night.“
