“Zac and Joshua came out to fix a bad install by my builder (new home from 2021). Evaporator Coil splash guard lip did not channel water into the main drip pan - thus some of the water ended up in the box and eventually dripped into the secondary/backup pan. The crew had to remove the old guard, scape off the atrocious silicon (not mandated by Carrier install documentation), and reinstall the splash guard properly (reordered Carrier part). Everything sealed up properly.

“J-Tech came out through AHS warranty when our a/c was not turning on and told me the drain line was clogged in our A/C. The technician cleared the drain line out just fine but didn't realize that a coupling in the line came loose during the clearing process and a couple of days later we found a little bit of water coming through the ceiling (from the A/C condensation drain coupling). We talked to J-tech and they came back out on a Sunday and fixed the drain line. They also sent a drywall guy to repair the ceiling damage from the leak later on (Nat Drywall, whom I highly recommend). Side note, I would recommend talking to David (the manager) rather than the Owner. The Owner, when he called me, told me they would not fix the damage, but David called back later that day and said they were definitely going to make things right and repair the ceiling. Thanks for the quick A/C fix, and thanks for coming around and making things right with the ceiling (good as new) J-Tech!“
