I was very pleased with the personalized service by Patty. It may be Patsy, the memory is still downhill, but we used them to file our taxes, late, with extensive, but at all times they were sympathetic about my condition. We will use again, even though we are not happy with what is due to IRS. The charge was high against what was potentially quoted. The house were they are located is a gorgeous historical home. Not large, but stunning.

We used Ms. Clark for our taxes last year and were extremely disappointed with the entire transaction - we will not return and we do not recommend her services. When I picked up the documents, the fee was much higher than the quote and when I questioned the difference, the secretary simply stated and repeated that it all depended on the number of forms and was not negotiable. Ms. Clark was in the adjoining room and clearly heard the discussion yet did not come out to address my concerns. As a new, unsatisfied client, I certainly would have expected her to become involved. A day later, the secretary called my husband and left a message asking about our bank account information. The message was garbled and did not properly identify the caller or the firm - he thought it was some kind of scam to steal our information. Very, very poor experience overall!

Neglected to include income from a 1099-R that we’d submitted to her along with our other tax documents. As a result, we overpaid our federal income taxes and we're STILL waiting for the IRS to send us a refund.
