WOW is all I can say! I read so many positive reviews of the service and quality so when we were looking seriously at installing flooring, I knew this is where I wanted to go. Jacquie has been nothing but incredible as was the installation team. So a few things stood out to me with this whole experience. First, I saw the pricing of our existing LVP (we wanted to match it in the bedrooms after removing the carpet) on the manufacturer website at a specific price but when I got quotes elsewhere, they all upcharged in varying amounts but not Jacquie!
