I contact this company after our April Storms and the Owner, Derek came right out and they patched the repair. Derek helped throughout the entire process of my roof replacement through State Farm. New to the area and needed a haircut badly!!!! I asked a girl I had met and she suggested Southern Roots. I got on Facebook and found them. Being that it was 11 pm I sent a message on messenger and someone responded immediately. I got an appointment with Hannah on a Saturday at 5 pm. Wow no one makes appointments that late on a Saturday. I was so happy. Hannah did a great job listening to what I wanted and even took the time to make sure it was perfect. I love my new cut and I love that I have found someone I trust to cut my hair.
