“My daughter was ready to pierce her ears. Michael was so kind and thorough in his explanation of everything. You can tell that safety and sanitation are of the utmost importance to him. He asked about our upcoming plans to ensure it wouldn't conflict with healing time. He eased her nerves with a breathing technique and what that breathing technique does. He was highly recommended by several people that we know, and I TOTALLY get it and agree now. The highest quality earrings are used in his shop. He even had a freezer full of various Popsicles to raise her blood sugar based on her last meal. He was so amazing and a military vet!!
