After been given the run around by a local plumber and Home Depot “certified installers” Welch’s plumbing came through same day to replace our water heater that was broken and improperly installed by the manufactured home company. They did a great job, and charged by the hour which is absolutely reasonable for this work, rather than trying to give absurd rates like $1800 to install a hot water tank.
