“I have heard so much good about Slab Masters, but after dealing with them, I have been disappointed. The home we are renting needs some leveling done and the owner wants Slab Masters to do the job considering they have leveled part of the house before. Because the owner lives out of state, I called them to set it up. I have have called over a dozen times and was promised twice that someone would show up to quote, which ended with a no show and no call explaining why both times. After calling back and getting someone on the phone. I was able to get the owner to come and quote the house, after having to specifically ask for him. He was very nice. After he quoted the house, he gave a round about number for the job, I contacted the owner of our house and they were in agreement of the price. I have yet to see anything on paper, with the quote amount. Not even an email and I sent Sid my email info to send me the quote info weeks ago. I have called several more times and have left messages with no return call. This is very unprofessional. I run my own small business and I don't think this is acceptable. If you are too busy and can't do the job.... say so, but don't leave someone chasing after you for your business. The only reason I haven't moved on to another company is because the home owner insist on using this company because they have done prior work here. I love supporting small businesses and I would love to see this made right.“
