The worst. Numerous outages, by far more than I've ever had with any water provider anywhere else that I've ever lived. Seems like every month there's some sort of billing issue. For example, I pay the bill as soon as I am notified or receive it every month and yet I get a disconnect notices 2 weeks later! Didn't receive my payment, etc. Ridiculous.
